Our Story
Physios who genuinely care.
Part of the Goodna community since the 1980s — delivering hands-on physiotherapy care for every stage of life.
Who We Are
A practice built on trust, expertise, and community.
Physico Physiotherapy has been part of the Goodna community since the 1980s, when Penny Hope first opened the clinic. Richard Miles took over the practice in 2001 and has continued to build on that strong foundation of hands-on, patient-centred care.
The practice is built on a strong commitment to hands-on treatment with the integration of exercise therapy, including Clinical Pilates and Hydrotherapy. Our experience spans a wide range of injuries — from acute to chronic — with particular expertise in workplace injuries and rehabilitation, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, and continence and pelvic floor conditions.
We work collaboratively with GPs, surgeons, other allied health professionals, and workplace rehabilitation coordinators to ensure seamless, coordinated care for every patient.
We are proud members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, committed to ongoing professional development so our patients always benefit from the latest evidence-based treatments.

Our Values
What drives everything we do.
Patient-Centred Care
Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual. We take the time to listen, understand, and deliver care that fits your life.
Hands-On Treatment
We believe in the power of hands-on physiotherapy. Every treatment plan is built around direct, personalised care — not just exercise sheets and advice.
Community Commitment
We're proud to be part of the Greater Goodna community. We are committed to supporting community access to quality physiotherapy through our no gap services for WorkCover, DVA, and Medicare eligible clients.
